Supplier screening
Suppliers are important partners for TATUN operational growth. Perfect supply chain management can help TATUN reduce operational risks, stabilize product quality, improve customer services, create added value to maintain customer relationships, and implement sustainable development.
Implement long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers, and select the most suitable domestic suppliers through supplier evaluation, considering factors such as “price”, “quality”, and “delivery time”. The company also follows the ISO 14001 environmental management system and formulates methods to manage contractor operations and supplier products: through rigorous procurement supply chain management processes, detailed disclosure of contract rights and obligations and other information on the front end, and limiting the contracting of qualified manufacturers Project projects; inspect the manufacturer’s products and construction process from time to time during the construction period. Treat every detail of the contracted project with caution. Before signing contracts with suppliers and contractors, fully explain the work content, specifications, schedule, safety and other matters, so that the manufacturers fully understand the scope of the work and the risks.
In 2023, there will be no unqualified manufacturers in TATUN. If the evaluation fails, procurement will be stopped in accordance with the supplier management operating procedures.
